Waitlist Terms

These terms cover your use of the SortYourS waitlist at sortyours.com, operated by NUTOOKA SOLUTIONS S.R.L. — see the Legal Notice for full company details.
The waitlist
Joining is free and voluntary. The signup form asks only for your email address. Joining does not purchase the app, start a subscription, or commit you to buy anything.
Confirming your request
After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email. Open its link and confirm on the page to activate your place on the launch mailing list. The link expires after seven days; if it has expired, you can request another email through the signup form.
Sending the confirmation email and protecting the signup service also involves processing technical information, including an IP address for rate limiting. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your rights.
Unsubscribing
Leave the waitlist using the unsubscribe link in a launch or marketing email, or email hello@sortyours.com. The confirmation email is used to verify your request; if you did not request it, you can ignore it. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not automatically erase all delivery or contact records. See our Privacy Policy for deletion requests.
Once the app launches
These terms cover the waitlist only. The app's license and any subscription or service terms will be made available before purchase. Joining the waitlist does not accept a future paid offer.
What joining means
Joining lets you request news about the app's launch. It does not guarantee a release date, early access, or a particular price or feature. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your country of habitual residence where those protections apply. Your mandatory rights to bring a claim before a competent court remain unaffected.
